Priscilla Emery is the President and founder of e-Nterprise Advisors, a provider of market research, strategic planning and advisory services in Enterprise Content Management to both vendor and user organizations. Prior to establishing e-Nterprise Advisors, Priscilla was Senior VP of Information Products and Services for AIIM International where she was responsible for the development and delivery of publications and other information-oriented products and services to AIIM members and associates.

Previously, Priscilla was VP and Director of Gartner’s Electronic Workplace Technologies research center and New Science’s Intelligent Document Management service. She also held positions at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Connecticut, Combustion Engineering (now ABB), Primerica Corp. (now Citicorp) and Bell Telephone Laboratories. Priscilla is an Advisory Board Member of the Electronic Document Systems Foundation (EDSF) and was listed as one of the top 50 influencers of the document management industry in KMWorld magazine. She holds the Masters of Information Technology and Laureate of Information Technology for Electronic Imaging designations from AIIM International and is a member of both ARMA International and Xplor International. Priscilla has over 25 years experience in the information systems industry, has been a featured speaker at international industry events and has been quoted in business and industry publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Computerworld among others.

Paul Chen Paul Chen

Paul is currently President of Fortiva Managed Services, responsible for data center operations, software development and overall quality of service for the Fortiva solution. Previously, Paul founded FloNetwork Inc., serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. In that role, he guided the firm to prominence as a leading email marketing service provider. After raising over $30M from high-profile venture capital firms such as McLean Watson Capital, Ventures West and the Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan, Paul was instrumental in ultimately selling the business in 2001 to DoubleClick (NASDAQ: DCLK) for $80M.

Since that time, he has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at McLean Watson Capital. Prior to launching FloNetwork, Paul held senior development positions with IBM, Honeywell Inc. and Bell-Northern Research Inc., the research and development subsidiary of Nortel. Paul earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Nancy Flynn Nancy Flynn

Nancy Flynn is the founder and Executive Director of The ePolicy Institute, an organization devoted to reducing employers’ IM and e-mail risks, while enhancing employee policy compliance and electronic communications skills. Nancy has authored six books, three of which are published by American Management Association’s Amacom books. Her titles include Instant Messaging Rules (Amacom 2004), E-Mail Rules (Amacom 2003), The ePolicy Handbook (Amacom 2001), and Writing Effective E-Mail (Crisp Publications 2003, 1998), published in the United States, Germany, Spain and China. Nancy is also a popular speaker, trainer, and seminar leader whose training clients include corporations, associations, government entities, and conferences/conventions worldwide. A recognized expert in workplace IM and e-mail policy and management, Nancy has been featured in Fortune, The Wall Street Journal Business Week, and on CNN Headline News and the CBS Early Show among others.

Peter Mafteiu is the founder and President of PM Consulting. Previously, Peter was the Director of Operations for BKD Wealth Advisors, LLC (BKDWA), a $950 million money manager/ consulting firm with 6 offices and 45 staff members. In this role, he was responsible for all operations and compliance areas for the firm, as well as the compliance and operations of BKD Insurance, LLC, a limited registration (over ride) broker dealer registered with the NASD. Prior to joining BKDWA, Peter was principal and lead investment adviser consultant for National Regulatory Services, Inc., of Lakeville Connecticut, providing services and product development for all aspects of registered investment advisers. In addition, Peter has provided customized compliance and ethics training for many national firms including GE Capital and Nomura Securities, among others. Peter was also an outside training resource for the SEC (LA regional office) and NASSA (IA examinations conference), and their respective examination staff members. Peter continues to be a frequent speaker at national compliance conferences as well as annual conferences and regional conferences for Charles Schwab and Company, FIRMA, AICPA, IAFP, NSCP and other national organizations.

Richard Marshall is a Partner at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart and specializes in Securities and Exchange Commission compliance-related issues in the financial service industry. Since entering private practice, Richard has conducted compliance reviews of investment companies, investment advisers, and broker-dealers; represented individuals and regulated entities in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and self-regulatory organizations; created hedge funds; and provided advice and sought no-action relief for investment companies, investment advisers, and broker-dealers. Prior to joining Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, Richard was a Senior Associate Regional Administrator in the New York office of the SEC. In that position, he led inspections of investment companies and advisers in the New York region and oversaw enforcement matters related to those entities. Richard was also a branch chief in the Division of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
